• UHV STM laboratory - complex setup for preparation and characterization of thin films and nanostructures in ultra-high vacuum with an integrated scanning probe microscope operating at ultra-high vacuum, ultra-low temperatures and high magnetic fields
• AFM (atomic force microscope) alows to study nanosized structures and magnetic objects at atomic scale
• Nanotechnology laboratory - preparation of nanodevices for electronics, sensors and environmental applications
• Scanning electron microscopy and electron litography laboratory
