3He-4He dilution refrigerator

³He-⁴He dilution refrigerator with top-loading probe made by Oxford Instruments and base temperature 50 mK is used for specific heat, ac-susceptibility, thermal conductivity and el. resistivity measurements. It is equipped with 9 T superconducting magnet.

Current source Oxford Instruments IPS-120, resistance bridge Lakeshore 370AC, resistance bridge Elektronika Oy AVS-47, lock-in amplifier NF Corporation LI 5640, nanovoltmeter Keithley 2178A and precise current source Keithley 6221 is available in laboratory for carrying physical measurements.
